How does diabetes affect your body?
Blood sugar or glucose levels describes how much sugar is in a person's body. Insulin is needed in all peoples' bodies to help break down food and stabilize their blood sugar. There are specific side affects that occur if a person's blood sugar is too high or low. People without diabetes have may sometimes go through a minor version of these instances. People with diabetes have more drastic problems because they cannot naturally refulate their blood sugar. Keep in mind, every single person's body is different, do these sode affects may not apply to certain people. Hypoglycemia is what it is reffered to when a person's blood sugar becomes too low. Low blood sugar have syptoms such as feelign light headed, fainting, headache, and unsteadiness. Hyperglcemia is when a person experiences too high blood sugar. When a person is experiencing high blood sugar, syptoms include becoming extremely thirsty, headaches, and frequent peeing.
