A physical or structural adaptation is an adaptation were it is on their body or a part of the organism.

This koala bear has a pouch to carry its young and thick teeth and molars to help it eat and chew thick leaves

This armadillo has a hard protective shell that protects it and that is an example of a structural adaptation.

This is a polar bear and an adaptation is its claws and thick skin to keep it warm. The claws are for hunting and fighting.

This whales adaptations are it's tail for swimming and it's blow hole so it can breath.

Another adaptation would be a tail, like one of a monkeys. It helps them keep balance and is like another arm or leg.
