Photosynthesis is the process in which a plant uses to make energy and food. The plant takes sunlight, water and carbon dioxide and it all happens in the chloroplast. The waste product is oxygen and it produces glucose. Cellular respiration is the process in which the plant uses the oxygen produced for the plant. This takes place in the mitochondria. Respiration uses glucose and oxygen. The waste is Carbon Dioxide and ATP's.
