Grey Wolves

The grey wolf is a natural predator in cold climates like the Taiga and Tundra biomes. They travel in packs and most commonly prey on large hoofed animals like moose, caribou, and elk. Their maximum lifespan is 17 years. Grey wolves are usually 3 feet tall and about 3 to 5 feet in length from nose to tail tip. They weigh between 40 and 176 pounds on average.
