Coat: warm or weatherproof garments worn over regular clothing
Trench coat: a belted double breasted coat
Chesterfield: a single or double breasted coat with concealed buttons a velvet collar
Jacket: short coats
Pea: a short double breasted coat
Windbreaker: a jacket of wind-resistant material with close-fitting elastic hip band and cuffs
Cape: coat-like outer garments that hang from the neck and shoulders. Have no sleeves
Sports coat/blazer: Classic coats, always in fashion
Single breasted sports coat: held with one row of buttons
Double breasted sports coat: wider overlap with two rows of buttons
Poncho: similar to a blanket with a slit or hole in the middle
