Dwight D. Eisenhower had several medical issues during his presidency that included a mild heart attack, a stroke, and swelling of a weak area in his heart (ventricular aneurysm). He also suffered from Crohn's Disease and had problems with his gallbladder. Even with all his health problems, he lived 8 more years after leaving office in 1961.
