Roman Apple Cake
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1c white sugar
- 1/2c butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4c apples peeled
- 1tsp salt
Cream sugar and butter add sifted dry ingredients Add milk, eggs and apples in a bottom. Pour in a bottom oil and floured pan
Bake at 325 for 40 min
