This area doesn't overall affect my physically at all unless myself and Rachel get hurt in the process.

Doing this will give me confidence when caring for Rachel.

It will be less stressful for me and my mom when I'm caring for Rachel alone so that we know I can.

It doesn't affect me spiritually that I can identify.
