Living in a plywood dog house, this Newfoundland mixed breed pup had slept out in the elements since July 2013. Surrendered by his owners December, 21st-2013, Bear entered the care of Compassionate Animal Adoption Rescue in Montreal, Quebec. Literally frozen, ice build up on his fur, he left his old life behind to begin anew. Having never been to a veterinarian for care, the volunteers with CAA Rescue knew that it was a must to have him examined & neutered before he was to be adopted.
