- Stand behind client
- Butterfly movement
- Kneading movement moving out to shoulders
- Press pressure points with middle finder on the hair line and occipital bone
- Walk thumbs around the head
- Massage temples with middle finger and very light pressure
- Scissor fingers over ears
- Press with pressure around the entire ear
- Rub shoulders/kneading motion again
- Butterfly movement
- Circle lightly around upper back
- Flick fingers across shoulders
