- Put in the 6 basic sections
- Drop sections 1&2 cut one length, drop 3&4 cut one length, and 5&6 cut one length
- Create a safety section
- On top of head take a 1 inch vertical subsection (front hair line to ear-to-ear parting)
- Hold subsection at 90 degrees then cut in a backwards flowing angle

- Now pick up the rectangle section that was just cut and bring up a 1 inch subsection without changing elevation
- Keep bringing up more & more subsections in the ear-to-ear section and cut at guide (90 degrees) until no more hair reaches

- Continue rectangle subsection to the back
- Section out some of the guide hair from the front part
- Bring hair up to guide and then cut at an angle
- Keep doing this until hair stops reaching the guide.
