What are pioneers?

Pioneers are individuals who are dissatisfied with the status quo. They see something beyond their immediate world and take responsibility for their own lives/futures. They use their minds to come up with new ideas and enterprises. They are risk takers who have courage and try their hardest to reach their goals.
