~Building of the Future~ The S.H.E.M.A.H

Our building is a large, rectangular hotel resort in Honolulu, Hawaii.
It has residential space (hotel space), business space (like a mall), a lobby on the ground floor, and a gym/pool area underneath the lobby.

All in all, there are ten floors in our B.O.T.F.
There is 1 lobby, 2 business (mall) floors, 6 residential (hotel) floors, and one gym/pool floor (beneath the lobby, underground.
All rooms are 10 feet tall each, with the exception of the gym/pool floor, which is 15 feet tall.

Our B.O.T.F. has a passive heating system: window overhangs, thermal mass. The thermal mass is built up outside to keep cool in during the day when its hot and release heat at night when it is cooler.
In our B.O.T.F, there are also ceiling fans, A.C. (with timed thermostats), as well as natural heating/cooling such as breezes and fresh air.
