-the czech government resulted to killing heydrich. On may june 4, 1942, he died. two assassins named jan kubiš And jozef gabčík. They threw a bomb at his car while he was on his way to meet hitler in berlin. He didn't die right away, but died a few days later from the wounds.

Heydrich was buried in Berlin's Invalidenfriedhof, a military cemetery. Hitler remembered him as "the man with the iron heart."
