Chris wants to make some enchiladas for his party. He wants to make sure everyone gets their even amount of beans, so he makes a ratio of beans to tortillas. His ratio is 251:43.

A ratio is a relationship between two numbers indicating how many times the first number contains the second. In a part to part ratio, it represents a relationship between one part of a whole and another part of the whole.
