The Cortes Conquers the Aztec

In 1400, Spanish "explorers" arrived. Later Conquisadors came for the gold that they traded and spread christianity Cortes landed in Mexico, looking for gold. Moctezuma sent gifts to him believing him to be a god. He took Moctezuma prisoner. Moctezuma was killed in a battle between Indian and Spanish forces.
