Opening

The Gupta Empire was a period of innovation, it was called the "Golden Age". Not all people understand how important the Gupta Empire was to our society. During this time many accomplishments were made in math, trade, government, metalworking, roads, education, literature, and arts. The way people did things had changed greatly. In present times we use many of the theories, metalworking skills, education, types of writing and literature, even types of arts of the Gupta Empire. People don't realize that methods and techniques of working that we use today could have been from the Gupta Empire. The people in the Gupta Empire were skilled and intelligent, the empire would conquer kingdoms and make alliances through marriage. They also had a strong government with a Councle which was a group of advisors and members of the royal family.
