frank's opinion

-My opinion is that the death penalty should be used because it can keep people from doing crimes, and at least it can make criminals afraid of it. Capital punishment is necessary for those who murder or do something really bad.
Some people do not agree with this opinion because they think no one has the right to take someone's life, but criminals ought to pay for what they did.
