carmen's opinion

i believe that capital punishment should be done away with. it is against what we are taught. capital punishment costs a lot more money than keeping prisoners in prison.
i feel that capital punishment is like the easy way out, they don't have to sit around and have that constant reminder about what they have done. the victims and their families have to live with the reminder of what has happened unlike the person being put to death by capital punishment
