Need/want more information? You can use the following websites that I personally would recommend.

01

02

www.thenationalautisticsociety.co.uk- the UK's leading site for raising awareness of autism in children and adults.

www.Autismspeaks.com if you are in the US.

There are many websites that also have Facebook pages like autism speaks has a Facebook page that I have liked.

I am a teacher, what shall I do? Well, you should be aware that the student is on the spectrum, and if you do not understand then visit the websites, the National Autistic Society Website is a very good source for getting to know Autism better.

The real meaning of Autism.

By Lottie Barker

Hi, I have made this presentation after coming to the conclusion that not enough people know about autism. I also made this to help my teachers to understand me better and also understand my behaviour better. Although this is not overly descripted, there are websites at the end that you can visit. Please feel free to share, and help raise awareness of the real meaning of autism. Thank you:)
