The Three R's
All consumers have the right to make complaints. All genuine valid complaints can be resolved by one of three of the following actions;
1) REFUND - After you have returned the product, you get your money back.
2) REPAIR- Faulty product is fixed and then later returned to you.
3) REPLACEMENT - In exchange for the faulty product you receive the same product, but one that is functioning.
