Small Claims Court

The Small Claims Court is a place that provides a cheap, fast and easy way for consumers to resolve their problems with providers of goods and services without having to consult a solicitor.
Claims can be made for: -damage to property
-bad workmanship
-faulty goods

The Small Claims Court only deals with claims up to €2000, at present. To make a claim at the Small Claims Court, there's a fee of €15.
