Urban and rural slavery life
In the years 1810 to 1830 the slave population in the United States near doubled from 1.2 million to 2 million. In rural areas slaves live a harsh life of constant work and torture. While slaves in urban areas had much better lives. As an urban slave one would learn a trade and how much more freedom than a rural slave.
