The senate
The senate has two members from each state
Their term last 6 years.
The senate is in three classes
The three classes serve a total of two years
You have to be at least 30 to be a senator.
You have to have been a us citizen for 9 years.
The vice president is the president of the senate
They vote for a temporary president if the Vice President isn't there.



Section 4

Congressional Election
The time, place, and manner of the election for the house and the senate is up to the states. But by law the congress can change it.
