Section 7
How a bill becomes a law.
All the bills originate in the House of Representatives.
Every bill has to be passed by the House of Representatives and the senate.
Before a bill becomes a law the president has to approve the bill.
If he doesn't then it goes back to the congress. If two thirds of the congress agrees with the bill it becomes a law.
If any bill does not come back within ten days (Sundays excluded) after it has been presented to him then it becomes a law.

Powers granted to congress
The congress has the power to collect taxes, tariffs, and internal taxes on the manufacture, sale, or consumption of a company.
They have the power to borrow Money on the credit of the us.
They have the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations.
To establish a law where a foreign person becomes a citizen..
They have the power to coin money.
They have the power to provide the punishment for counterfeiting.
They have the power to establish post offices.
The have the right to punish felonies.
They have the power to declare war
They have the power to raise and support army's.
They have the power to provide a navy
They have the power to make a militia
