Rules/procedures
Each House is the judge of the elections and qualification of its members.
Each house may have their own rules.
They can punish their members.
They can expel their members if they need to.
Each house has to keep a journal of their rule and ever once in a while publish it.

Section 6

Payment
The senators and representatives receive their pay from the treasury.
They cannot be arrested unless it's a felony or it's treason.
