Legacy Marina and Fishing Lodge
Legacy Marina and Fishing Lodge, a marina and fishing lodge project located in the serene southern end of Long Island, Bahamas. The Marina will have at minimum 18 slips and the fishing lodge will have 10 room suites, in the first phase of the project. Legacy Marina is situated advantageously on the western side of Long Island, also called the south side of the island.

The location is within Ford's Channel, a natural channel where local islanders currently anchor boats. There is an existing old concrete dock within Ford’s Channel; our property is adjacent to this concrete dock. Currently, there are no other fuel based docking facilities for over 22 nautical miles away from the southern end of Long Island, therefore the need for a facility in this region of the island. The Marina and Lodging project will include but not limited to:

• 18 Boat Slips
• Marina Facilities & Supply Store
• Family Island fishing lodge with phase 1 totaling 10 rooms.
• Up-south grille: An island style restaurant
• Marina & Fuel Supply services
• Fishing Excursions
• Island Wide and Marine Tours
• Local goods and products in retail store

This Marina will provide all of the necessary features to allow boaters, fisherman and cruisers all of the benefits and luxuries they need while providing a down home feeling on island time. The fishing lodge will provide the fundamental needs that guests will require for an enjoyable stay and island experience.
