NET Research Facility:
This research facility will seek to work with an international University to establish a research facility with educational studies and classes. The research facility will review, document, research and whenever possible grow the various indigenous and endemic species found within the Bahamas.
The NET Research Facility will study important agriculture, aquaculture, mariculture and any other coastal or marine environments. The intent will be to attract a university to setup and facilitate research at this facility.

Cairi Pointe at Adams Hole -
Cairi Pointe will be a Bahamas National Trust site dedicated to the remembrance and education of the Lucayan/Taino Indians. Although this may be a site where Columbus landed on one of his voyages, this site will not recognize Columbus - instead it will recognize and promote the original inhabitants of the Bahamas. A museum, tours and gift shop will highlight all local products made on island and in the Bahamas.

A Fractional Ownership Shared Village:
A Beachfront village built to be shared by owners and guests. Buy cottages with either 1/4 or 1/8 fractional ownership. As well as ownership, vacation rental for the cottages will also be setup so cottages can be rented out if so desired by the owners. Owners will also invest into the village. The village will contain a small convenience store, restaurant with bar, excursion and tour guide services. So not only do you own a beachfront cottage but you also share in the ownership of a village.
