Island Legacy Properties has several parcels of property located in the southern region of Long Island, in the Bahamas. The property is located at the southern end of Long Island and stretches from coast to coast, offering the most spectacular views of the rugged coastline and cliffs along with the serenity of secluded sandy beaches. The parcels total over 3,600 gross acres and, as stated earlier, stretch from coast to coast while boasting some of the highest elevations in the Bahamas. Within this acreage lies a 415-acre lake surrounded by hills giving tremendous views of the lake and coastline. The property is ripe for development; it has a major road that ends alongside the property boundary and this roadway also runs the length of the island.
