Physical & Mental Effects

Physical effects from a long-term Gambling Addiction are not as severe compared to a Drug or Alcohol Addiction. Physically, a gambler looks tired and drowsy from getting lack of sleep. Mental effects would be a feeling of hopelessness, having suicidal thoughts or attempts, arrests, divorce, developing an alcohol and, or, drug abuse, or having an overall emotional breakdown.
