Fountains.

Listen for the sound of rushing water to guide you to one of Bogota's many fountains. The most famous fountains, though, are at the National Park of Bogota and near the Plaza de Bolivar. You will typically see Bogota's fountains decorating the front buildings or in courtyards, especially in front of historically relevant buildings such as churches, museums and government buildings.
