Chemical-biological is when a acid contributes to the breaking apart of the rock this is similar to dissolution exept for the fact that the acid have to come from a living organism like lichen.
Mechanical-biological is when a living organism contributes to the breaking down of a rock in a non-chemical way like tree roots splitting apart a rock.

Dissolution is when acid comes into contact with a rock which weakens and can eventually dissolve the rock
Frost disintegration is when liquid water flows into cracks in the rock the water freezes and expands the melts then expands and that can break the rock.
