Early Years

When John D. Rockefeller was in his early teens his family packed up their things and went to Cleveland Ohio. He then entered into Central High school in Cleveland.

At 16 he started his first job as a commission clerk in Cleveland where they bought, shipped and sold coal different kinds of grains and many other commodities.
