Stability

In this picture of a bedroom, stability is maintained, by having equal amounts of furniture on each side of the bed. Each side has a nightstand and lamp. Also, all the furniture is the same style texture, color, and style, so it keeps the room stable.

Instability

In this picture of a nursery, instability is caused by the large giraffe plush in the corner. The whole room goes a long with a theme of lace and softness found in the furniture and colors, but then putting the giant giraffe disrupts the theme and causes instability.
