Good Use of Space

In this picture of a kitchen that is a bad use of space, they did not take advantage of the whole space and size of the room and have lots of empty space which could be used for larger table, a longer peninsula and eventually make it a more efficient kitchen.

Bad Use of Space

In this picture of a kid's bedroom that is a good use of space, the furniture placement takes advantage of the shape of the room and fits a lot in without making it look cluttered. As you can see there are three beds and a window seat and they were able to fit all this in because they used the space well.
