The Architectural style proposed by the architect and chosen by the the client is a classic French Style but interpreted in a more contemporary way.
The construction budget is set at approximately 2,000,000US$. The building quality and also the materials and equipment used should be of a higher level (comparable to a 4* hotel).
The “Ho Con Rua Hotel” is a 8 floor high rise building located on the Ho Con Rua "Turtle" Roundabout. Public areas and a bistro will be located on the ground floor and mezzanine levels, while all other floors will be occupied by hotel rooms. Administration will be in the basement.
The top floor will house two double bedroom penthouse apartment s for the owner family or for rent. The rooftop should be accessible to all tenants and house a swimming pool and deck.
