El Cartel de Sinaloa

El Cartel de Sinaloa has one main base and has other people distributed throughout all of Mexico; therefore, if one place gets ruined by the government, the cartel will have other functioning places. El Chapo and the two other leaders of the cartel, Ismel "El Mayo" Zambada and Ignacio "Nacho" Coronel, are not fazed by what the government thinks and will do whatever they want, letting no one stand in their way.

Recently, El Chapo was captured by both US and Mexican Forces. He was kept in one of the most secure prisons in Mexico for six months before he escaped for thirteen years.The plan for how they were going to recapture him took officials a total of six months. On February 22, 2014, US and Mexican forces went after him.
