Depression
Everyone usually feels sad. These feelings are short lived though. When suffering from depression it interferes with daily life and causes pain to you and to those around you. Although it's common, depression is a serious illness. With treatment, a lot of people with depression can usually get better. Most likely depression is caused by a combination of genetic, biological, environmental, and physiological factors.

Lack of sleep causes daytime sleepiness, fatigue, clumsiness, and weight loss or weight gain. It adversely affects the brain and cognitive function. Lack of sleep can also affect your attention span and memory. Those who sleep less can develop several different types of illness like diabetes, breast cancer, colon cancer, and more.
Anxiety
Anxiety is a accompanied by nervous behavior, such as pacing back and forth, somatic complaints and rumination. Anxiety is unpleasant feelings of dread over something that is likely to happen. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry and uneasiness. It is often accompanied by fatigue, restlessness, problems in concentration, and muscular tension. Anxiety is a mood, but can become a serious mental disorder.
