The nucleolus is a small dense region found in the nucleus. It is found in both plant and animal cells with the nucleus. This is where ribosomes begin their assembly

Ribosomes are tiny RNA and protein particles found throughout the cytoplasm. They are small, circular organelles. They also, are found in both cells. They make proteins by following the directions that came from the nucleus.
