Golgi Apparatus

The Golgi Apparatus modifies, sorts, and packages proteins and other materials to make room in the cell. Like most, it is found in both animal cells and plant cells. It is membrane bound and is composed of flattened sacks.

Lysosomes

Lysosomes are membrane bound circular sacks that are filled with digestive enzymes. Lysosomes are responsible for the breakdown of lipids and organelles and are found, again in both animal and plant cells.
