Followers of this religion are called: Jewish/ Jews
Judaism began in the Middle East over 3,500 years ago. Judaism is the belief that there is a single god who not only created the world but every Jew can have a personal and individual relationship with. They call him Yhwh.
They believe God appointed them to be an example of holiness and only good behavior, and that God continues to work in the world, affecting everything they do.
• Jews have a sacred book called the Torah. •The book holds all their sacred rules which they call the holika.
•They worship and pray in the synagogue.
• If you do good you go to heaven
• If you do bad, you go to hell.

Jews celebrated a couple festivals/ceremonies.
• Sabbath-day of rest
• Chanika- day of lights
•bar/batmistspha- coming of age(13yrs.)
They also had a couple divisions:
•orthodox- emphasis on tradition adhering to Mosaic law.
• Reform- liberal,emphasis on ethics.
