Followers of this religion are called Buddhists

Buddhists believe the path of enlightenment is through the practice and development of mortality, meditation, and wisdom. Buddhists don't believe in a god, it's more about you and your actions. The four noble truths are
• Dukkha- the truth of suffering
• Sumudaya- the truth of the origin of suffering
•Nirodha- the truth of cessation of suffering
• Magga- the truth of the path to the cessation of suffering

Though they don't celebrate any festivals/ ceremonies they do have a couple divisions.
•Manayanna- zen, pure land, and Tibetan
• Buddhism- practiced in Tibet, China, etc
