Tenochtitlan
Tenochtitlan was the capital of the aztec Empire and the most powerful and wealthy. Its island location made trade difficult. They made causeways to connect the island to shore. The capital was surrounded by water that was dirty. They built an aqueduct to bring fresh water. They made more land for farming by making floating gardens. Tenochtitlan was one of the greatist cities.
