Josef Kramer preformed many excruciating experiments on prisoners, and although Bergen- Belsen had no gas chambers, Kramer's rule was so harsh that he had become known as the 'Beast of Belsen'. As Germany collapsed, administration of the camp broke down. But, Kramer remained devoted to government.
Josef Kramer was the commandment of the Bergen- Belsen concentration camp.
