1. Indian Removal Policy

Jackson decided that land West of the Mississippi River should be set aside for Indian tribes and later passed a bill which allowed for the negotiation of Indian land in exchange for land in the West.

2. Nullification Crisis

The Vice President said that South Carolina (his home state) should have the right to nullify any Federal Law, but Jackson believe in a strong union and wouldn't allow it.

3. France

Things between the U.S. And France were looking bad, but we were able to convince France to sign a reparations treaty.
