What are the different forms of slavery?

There are a lot of forms of slavery that exists today, which include:

Child slavery - describes all child labour received from young people, under the age of 18, through means of force, lying, and intimidation. Children can be captured in slavery and pay debt by bondage, forced labour, prostitution, armies, domestic work, and other dangerous tasks. Today, forced child labour exists in nearly every industry around the globe.

Domestic slavery- describes slaves that are forced to work in very hidden workplaces; private homes. Domestic workers become slaves when their employers use force, illegal dishonesty, or force to control or convince an employee that they have no choice but to continue working. Isolating environments, isolating languages, confiscated travel documents and restricted mobility are often connected to this form of slavery.

How is slavery in existence today?

Slavery is unfortunately still being used to this day. Children in the Philippines and Bangladesh are manufacturing our clothes in terrible conditions for our benefit. While they are working, in a shady dark habitat while we are enjoying the clothes they made instead of working, they could have a great education. This is termed as child labour. Child labour should be permanently removed. More than 6 million children are forced into child labour.
