How is inequality evident in our world? Is this inequality a form of slavery?

Yes, inequality is evident in our world, and in some cases it does lead to slavery. When we talk about slavery we are basically saying that there is a thick gap between rich and poor. The poor do have to work really hard to get the things they need, where as some people already have that wealth, no matter the situation, they can afford to have someone do their work for them.

How Does Slavery Contradict the Human Rights our Society is Based on?

Slavery contradicts human rights because it's such a cruel thing. Abuse, blackmail, and threats are what many slaves face. Many people see this as a horrible way to live, just so they can find money. Many slaves were raped, molestered, and whipped each day, and still are. Of course slavery contradicts human rights in our society, it's such a horrible thing.

Can slavery be tolerated?

Of course slavery can not be tolerated. Every one deserves respect. Slavery is a joke and it is completely intolerable. It can't be put up with in our modern world. Things need to change. We need to do something about it.
