The Battle of el Alamein was a battle fought in North Africa on October 23, 1942. It was against the Axis and Allied forces. This Battle was so significant during WW2 because of the extreme weather conditions. The weather and temperatures were unpredictable causing very many hardships. It could be really hot and then at night the weather would be known to drop 60 degrees. The Battle ended in November 1942 with the Allied victory.
