Deindividuation

Definition: occurs when being part of the group reduces personal identity and erodes the sense of personal responsibility.

Deindividuation has been illustrated by Tai. After the beauties were separated, Tai, Scott, and Jason formed an alliance. Everything was going well, but as the days played on Tai started feeling like he really wasn't a part of it. Jason and Scott were mostly making decisions and Tai was just floating along. He didn't feel like himself, he felt as if he was trapped which is why he destroyed the alliance.
