Group polarization

Group polarization occurs when a group discussion strengthens a group's dominant point of view to a more extreme point of view.

Group polarization has been demonstrated through Joe's, Aubry's, Sidney's, and Tai's group. Tai and Sydney weren't always part of the ally, but Sydney came along when Aubry suggested to Sydney to take out either Jason or Scott. Aubry tells Tai that Jason and Scott are planning to be the final two, and will take him out of the picture. Aubry does this to show Tai that he has more options. What no one excepted to happen was Tai's behavior at trial. Instead of helping his allies by giving them his token, he listens to Aubry since she shared the same ideas about the two as Tai did and leads to Scott be eliminated from the game.
